Should you violate them in a way that results in a refund or blacklisting: You lost the right to say "I didn’t know". Likewise, in the case of this T.O.S the term 'You' refers to YOU the costumer, and 'I' refers to me, the artist.

General!

✰ I do not work with minors. You must be 18 or older to work with me. This is mainly because there’s more protection for both parties legally if both parties are adults.This is also partly because I am uncomfortable with minors wearing certain avatars of mine even if they are sfw. My style is inherently suggestive the higher the commission tier.Lying about your age will result in an immediate blacklist.

✰ You must own the avatar you wish to commission. While some avatars don’t make every party own the avatar, most do, and for that, regardless of the TOS of the avatar, you must own it. The same goes for assets.

You are not permitted to use my work to feed any sort of generative AI or any AI using products. Respect artists.

✰ All avatars are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. The avatar I make for you is for you. You are not permitted to re-sell or re-use any of my work commercially unless stated before the commission is completed and before any work is started.

✰ You must have a clear refsheet in order for me to work with you. I understand you may have the idea so clearly in your head, but I am not a mind reader! Please have a refsheet or some kind of concept art for me to follow. A fancy refsheet isn’t needed but something with at least a front and a back would be preferred.

✰ After 1 week, your avatar will not exist. A week after the commission is done I will permanently delete the files to the avatar. Please let me know in advance if you plan to update your avatar or make changes later so files can be stored away for reuse.

✰ In the case of a forced refund on your end I gain full commercial rights to the work I have done. The avatar will most likely be sold as an adopt, sold on gumroad or turned into a public avatar.

✰ I have the right to refuse you at any time, for any reason. If you make me uncomfortable with your request, or during the process, I will give you a refund ( The amount will depend on how far along I am in the process ) and cancel your service.

Conduct!

✰ Do not try to befriend me during the commission process. I am very friendly with customers to create a safe environment, and I also am just a friendly person! But please don’t try to get close to me. I have very little desire for a complex social life and prefer to keep my social life as small and easy as it currently is.

✰ There’s a high chance I will unfriend you after the commission process is over if you find me through a friend request. I just like keeping my friends list clean.

✰ Please know exactly what you want. As long as you have an idea of what you want, feel free to message me! I have no issues helping you find assets/avatars, but you must have a clear idea first. I will not be bound by invisible guidelines.

✰ It is okay if you must send me NSFW material as example, but, don't be weird.

✰ If you change your username at any point during the process it is your responsibility to alert me. I will not come looking for you if you go missing. You’ll have a week before your files no longer exist and 1 month before you will have to repay me to redo said work.

✰ The model is done when I finish it. Do. Not. Ask. Everyday When the avatar will be finished. Not only is this rude, but it’s annoying as hell. My turnaround time is inconsistent and has ranged from a few days to a few years. My motivation for avatar work is just as inconsistent as my turnaround time.I have a life outside of commissions // Vrchat. Regardless of how long it takes, communication will be kept and even if it doesn’t seem like it I am always slowly working if it has been a while.You can, of course, ask for progress shots at any point, but if you constantly ask when I will be finished, I will drop your commission and you will be promptly blacklisted or blocked depending on the severity of the situation.

Payment!

✰ All prices are final. At the end of the day, it is my time, and my work, whatever price you are given is the price you have to pay. Please do not try to negotiate that unless special situations present themselves and I am open to it.

✰ Payment is upfront unless stated otherwise in the case of a payment plan or half and half.

✰ Once the avatar is finished, there are no refunds. You will have plenty of chances to tell me to make changes, if you choose to wait until the avatar is already finished to be unhappy with something, that is not my problem.
